Real Estate Review of Seattle, Tacoma and Gig Harbor for September 2022.


-Average Sales Prices went down again from the previous month. -Days on Market increased. Last May homes were only on the market an average of 5 days. Whereas in September, they averaged in the mid-twenties. -Average list to sold percentages actually went up from the previous month. Home sellers are still averaging 98-99% of asking price.

Buyers, it’s a great time to buy a home without multiple bidding wars. You don’t have to make a rushed decision and you are able to have home inspections and actually receive seller concessions.
