February 2023 Market Update

Another month has flown by…hello March! Here’s a real estate recap of February. Sales prices were up in all three cities from the previous month. Gig Harbor’s average sales price was creeping up to Seattle’s. Sellers are getting 96-98% of their original list price. As for the luxury market, I’ll take the waterfront Gig Harbor home please . The market has really picked up lately, we still have a shortage of inventory and we are seeing multiple offers on many homes.
