December 2022 Market Update

Hello January! The kids went back to school today, and I enjoyed diving into December’s home sales stats. As you can imagine, December was a quiet month in real estate, and sales prices were lower than the previous month, but fortunately I was able to represent some buyers who got the homes of their dreams at a great price, without the competition!
