Real Estate Review of Seattle, Tacoma and Gig Harbor for September 2022. -Average Sales Prices went down again from the previous month. -Days on Market increased. Last May homes were only on the market an average of 5 days. Whereas in September, they averaged in the mid-twenties. -Average list to sold percentages actually went up from the previous month. Review of August 2022. The market continued to soften in August, with lower average sales prices than the month before (except Gig Harbor), lower list price to sold price percentages, and higher number of days on market. There are some great opportunities for buyers...this week I negotiated an $18,000 closing cost credit for one of my buyers.
